TERMS OF SALE

All sales will be cash in advance, or C.O.D. unless credit has been established with BTK. Anyone wishing to open an charge account should request a credit application form.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

  1. No replacement will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned. All missing parts will be charged to the customer. If we found the return item is not ours, we will simply send the item back at your own cost.
  2. Transport charges must be prepaid. Items proven defective per stated catalog warranty will be credited or replaced covering all incoming motor freight costs.
  3. Returns must include original items undamaged, unpainted all original paper and packaging and must be in re-saleable condition.
  4. Any new product must be return within 90 days from the purchase date printed on the invoice and you can return up to 10% of your total monthly purchases without any restocking fee. Returns more than 10% monthly allowance will face 20% restocking charges and that will be automatically applied to your monthly statement. Return parts beyond 90 days time will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

ALIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITION.

  1. All Filters: No Warranty SOLD AS IS.
  2. Radiators and Condensers come with 2 years limited warranty Exchange only.
  3. Warranty covers replacement or repair of the part only. Labor costs associated with the installation and/or removal of the part are the responsibility of the purchaser 
  4. BTK will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from loss of use, loss of time, rent a car, lose of job, inconvenience, or commercial loss, or any other consequential damage or lose.

 B.  ITEMS AND CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

  1. Any damage caused by abuse, neglect, accident or natural perils.
  2. Shipping & handling, border fees and all other admonition costs.
  3. Loss caused by any modification or use of the parts for which it was not originally designed.
  4. Repairs performed without prior authorization from BTK.
  5. Loss caused by defective timing belt.

D: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS VOIDS THE WARRANTY.

  1. Must be installed, maintained, or adjusted  properly by a certified mechanic.
  2. Failure to set ignition to specification as recommended by manufacturer.
  3. Check cooling system and service if rusted or contaminated with oil and replace coolant.

CLAIMS

Damage and lost claims should be made with the delivery carrier immediately. Damage or short notations should be made on the invoice before signing.
